### What You'll Do:
- Analyze client financials to identify necessary adjustments for accurate tax returns.
- Prepare and review individual, trust, estate, partnership, S corporation, and C corporation tax returns.
- Manage multi-state tax return preparation and review.
- Assist clients with quarterly tax planning and provide strategic insights.
- Research technical tax issues and provide clear guidance to clients and team members.
- Mentor and support junior staff, fostering a learning-oriented work culture.
- Communicate with tax authorities as needed.

### What You Bring:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Certification: CPA or EA designation highly desirable.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in income tax preparation.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and tax software.
- Experience with reconciliations, journal entries, and accrual-to-cash conversions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
