1099 Contractor | Eco-friendly Home Cleaner

Nice & Neat Home Cleaning is a premium, eco-friendly home cleaning service based in Minnetonka, MN. We clean for busy families located in the western suburbs of Minneapolis. Our small, close-knit team is made up of honest, good humans that have each other’s backs. We show up with a positive, kind attitude and ready to put in the hustle.

The Role Responsibilities

· Provide exceptional service at all times

· General knowledge of and ability to complete deep, standard, and vacation rental cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, polishing, dusting, scrubbing, and other physically demanding cleaning tasks.

· Ability to understand the “job” and deliver superior results

· Exhibit honesty and kindness and be willing to receive feedback from clients on the work you have completed

· Able to work on your feet for up to 8 hours a day with repeated bending, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching, lifting

The Requirements & Expectations

· Must be at least 18 years old

· Must have your own reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license

· Must have your own smartphone with cellular data

· Must hold personal General Liability insurance and provide proof upon contracting hire

· Must provide and supply your own eco-friendly cleaning products and equipment. Must keep equipment and supplies clean and tidy

· Ability to problem solve and communicate clearly

· Exhibit honesty and kindness and be willing to take feedback from clients and adjust accordingly

· United States work authorization required

· Must be able to pass a criminal background check, no exceptions
