Job Description
Responsibilities - Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports
- Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
- Take minutes during meetings
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Organize and maintain the office filing system
Qualifications - High School degree
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
Job Highlights - 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant who has a genuine passion for startups and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Experience handling office management duties, event planning, calendar, travel and stakeholder management, as well as overseeing all meeting logistics
- Tech savvy and enjoys cross-collaboration
- Soft skills: intentional, thoughtfull, multitasker, EXCELLENT written and verbal communication skills and open to feedback
- This is a fully onsite role - non-negotiable
Compensation - $80,000 - $110,000 / year
