Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee filling and packaging operations in a dynamic cosmetics manufacturing environment. This role requires expertise in managing production workflows, operating and maintaining machinery, and ensuring high-quality output. Candidates with a strong background in cosmetics manufacturing and equipment maintenance are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Filling Operations:
Manage and oversee filling processes for various cosmetic products, including gels, creams, waxes, and glues.
Operate, set up, and maintain filling machines and related production equipment.
Optimize production efficiency through effective equipment setup and adjustments.
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
Packaging Operations:
Oversee the setup and operation of automatic packaging machines, including labeling, sealing, and cartooning equipment.
Ensure packaging processes are optimized for quality and efficiency.
Perform regular maintenance and address technical issues with packaging machinery.
Qualifications
Proven experience in cosmetics manufacturing or a similar industry.
Hands-on experience with filling machines and other production equipment.
Background in machinery maintenance is highly preferred.
Expertise in setting up and operating filling and packaging machinery.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
