Join our team as a Welder, where you will utilize advanced welding equipment to fuse metal segments using techniques such as gas tungsten arc welding, flux-cored arc welding, plasma arc welding, and more. Your role will be crucial in interpreting blueprints and specifications to ensure precise and efficient completion of projects.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments using processes such as gas tungsten arc welding, gas metal arc welding, flux-cored arc welding, plasma arc welding, shielded metal arc welding, oxy-acetylene welding, resistance welding, and submerged arc welding.
+ Interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine layout requirements.
+ Follow process procedures for efficient workflow.
+ Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment.
+ Use brazing and soldering equipment as needed.
+ Operate metal shaping machines such as brakes, shears, and other metal straightening or bending machines.
+ Repair worn parts of metal products by welding on extra layers.
+ Regularly report to work on time and prepared to perform all tasks as outlined in the job description or assigned.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in MIG welding, structural welding, and fabrication.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Experience with fitting and blueprint reading.
+ Skilled in operating grinding equipment and FCAW welding.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in operating a variety of welding processes.
+ Familiarity with metal shaping and bending machines.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
