Position Summary: We are seeking a Visual Merchandising Manager to spearhead the strategy and execution of visual merchandising across the Americas region. In this role, you will create innovative retail concepts and designs that deliver a powerful visual impact at points of sale. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, collaborating with internal, external, and global teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. This position will report directly to the VP of Marketing for the Americas.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the brainstorming, design, presentation, and implementation of innovative retail experiences that align with our brand strategy and storytelling.
Explore and recommend new technologies, vendors, and design advancements to enhance consumer experiences. Engage with new vendors, agencies, and manufacturers to expand our visual merchandising capabilities.
Manage the complete project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders to turn creative visions into reality, all while handling intricate details and complexities.
Serve as the primary point of contact for visual merchandising, collaborating effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and retailers to ensure strategies are executed on time and with high quality.
Develop visual merchandising best practices and compelling design solutions tailored for the Americas, adapting global brand guidelines as necessary.
Uphold the highest standards of quality and consistency in all visual merchandising efforts.
Oversee the Americas visual merchandising budget, ensuring accurate reporting and tracking.
Manage projects that include but are not limited to:
Annual planning and budget execution.
Management and facilitation of permanent and temporary store fittings.
Coordination of new product launches across all stores.
Merchandising and in-store point-of-sale strategies across all locations.
Monthly tracking and reporting of visual merchandising productivity and identifying areas for improvement.
Submission and tracking of vendor purchase orders for payment.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in the makeup industry is essential.
Proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, 3D Max) is a plus.
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong financial acumen; capable of effectively managing budgets and identifying cost efficiencies.
Knowledge of production processes for physical projects, including materials, manufacturing, and installation.
Awareness of the competitive landscape, technological advancements, and current trends in the industry.
Ability to challenge conventional practices and bring fresh ideas to visual merchandising.
Flexible and agile in response to changing circumstances.
Collaborative partner who builds strong relationships and fosters a trusting, cooperative environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong critical-thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient project management skills with an understanding of relevant tools. Ability to maintain detailed project plans and track tasks and dependencies across multiple projects while identifying process improvements over time.
