Responsibilities:- Analyze the market, search and develop new suppliers in order to build strong supplier panel;- Provide accurate cost analysis results to assist in the formulation of the sales price and the cost of procurement;- Run RFQs to chose qualified supplier based on sourcing decision to achieve localization and new product project requirements;- Negotiate with suppliers of all kinds of commercial agreements to optimize price level;- Manage and supervise the supplier performance to reduce supplier risk;- Applies and implements SCM standard, tools and processes.
