Are you newly licensed or eager to enter the real estate field without the immediate pressure of generating your own leads or managing a business from the outset?

The Waldner Winters Team powered by PLACE is seeking Showing Agents who want to join a high-achieving team and gain valuable experience. As a Showing Agent, you will collaborate closely with buyers and assist our lead agents by showcasing properties, fostering client relationships, and guiding buyers toward their ideal home—all while avoiding the stress of lead generation, marketing, or handling transaction details.

This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys working with people, and wants to develop their career through hands-on experience while earning.

Responsibilities

• Show homes to active buyer clients
• Schedule and confirm showings promptly and professionally
• Communicate effectively with clients and lead agents throughout the home search process
• Provide feedback and insight to lead agents from showings
• Learn to use PLACE systems, scripts, and client management tools
• Attend daily training and team meetings for ongoing development

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Real Estate License (or in process)
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple showings
• Dependable transportation and a flexible schedule (evenings & weekends required)
• Willingness to learn and grow into a full-time sales agent role over time
