Léon 1909 is a high-end French & Italian countryside restaurant located on beautiful Shelter Island in the Hamptons . We deliver an elevated fine dining experience , characterized by warm hospitality, refined cuisine, and an engaging team environment.

We’re hiring experienced full-time Servers who are passionate about hospitality, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to grow with a supportive team.

Compensation & Benefits

$12/hr + tips
Average: $1,200–$1,400/week ($63K–$73K per year)

Schedule

Year-round, full-time
35 hours per week (4–5 shifts)
7–8 hour shifts

About You (Ideal Candidate)

Prior server experience in fine dining, upscale casual, or Michelin-rated restaurants required
Strong multitasking skills & sharp attention to detail
Knowledge of food safety standards (certification preferred)
Professional appearance with polished communication skills
Calm under pressure with a guest-first, positive attitude
Thrives in a team-oriented, high-standard environment

Requirements

1–2+ years’ experience as a Server / Waiter / Waitstaff in a high-volume restaurant
Fluent in English
Reliable, punctual, and organized
Stable work history with strong references
Employment eligibility verification required
Reliable transportation to/from work
