**Position Summary...** As a CTV Sales Specialist at Walmart Connect, youre in the right place at the right time to ride the retail media trend at the largest retailer in the world! It's your opportunity to bring to life full-funnel performant advertising solutions for brands across categories you will manage. You will be a consultative sales partner to your clients, Merchandising partners, and Marketing support to grow your clients business and drive revenue at Walmart. You will drive client meetings with a particular focus on providing expertise for our CTV ad offering. Your primary goal will be increasing revenue and adoption of our ad products while also acting as a connective tissue between Walmart Connect teams (Sales and Product) and our advertisers. You will have the opportunity to make an impact at a senior stakeholder level as a member of cross-functional teams. Our digital advertising business is important to Walmart's overall strategy, which is why we're excited to grow and open up this opportunity to join this high visibility, mission-driven team within the world's largest retail company. **What you'll do...** + Become an expert in the unique value proposition of Walmart Connects CTV offering through deep partnership with Product and Sales teams. + Use your experience to drive customer engagements focused on our CTV value proposition. + Reach and strive to exceed sales quotas while contributing to our team goals. + Manage a variety of advertiser accounts. + Travel to client meetings and collaborate with colleagues onsite in one of our Walmart Connect office locations. **What you'll bring:** + Natural curiosity and dedication to getting answers to questions, especially through data interpretation + Passion for digital advertising, building fruitful partnerships, and becoming an expert in the wide world of Walmart Merchandising + An ability to quickly build relationships with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external + 8+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, including programmatic ad sales and at least 2 years of experience in CTV sales + A proven track record of leveraging datato create performance insights, compelling presentations,create programs for brands to connect with consumersand identify sales opportunities + An ability to prioritizeeffectively across a broad spectrum of initiatives + A team-first mindset,with a desire to bring your cross-functional colleagues along for the ride + Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, strong attention to detail, and diligentfollow-through The above information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed in the role.
