Job Description

About IMERZA:

Imerza is a fast-growing experiential software company & visualization studio that specializes in real estate development, virtual production, and VR/AR. We are a highly skilled and friendly team working on some really exciting projects. If you share our passion for design, art, and technology, we'd love to hear from you.

We’re seeking an experienced Senior 3D Artist to join our team. With 7-10 years of professional experience, the Senior Artist is a highly skilled Unreal Engine specialist who can deliver complex tasks independently and support the growth of the team. This role is key to maintaining our high standards of quality and efficiency, while also contributing to mentorship, internal reviews, and occasional client presentations.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead the creation of advanced 3D assets, environments, and real-time experiences in Unreal Engine.
  • Deliver client-ready work with minimal revisions required.
  • Mentor and provide feedback to junior and mid-level artists.
  • Review work to ensure consistency and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers to anticipate needs and support delivery.
  • Present work internally and, when needed, in client-facing meetings.
  • Contribute ideas and solutions that improve team workflows and production processes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 6–7 years of professional 3D production experience.
  • Expert knowledge of Unreal Engine and 3D modeling tools.
  • Strong ability to work independently across all stages of production.
  • Experience mentoring teammates and reviewing work for quality.
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to adapt tools and workflows.
  • Architectural visualization (archviz) experience is strongly preferred.
  • Confident communicator, capable of working with both internal teams and clients.

Additional Requirements:

  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • This position is based in Sarasota, FL; candidates who can work onsite or relocate are preferred. Exceptional remote candidates based in the U.S. will also be considered.

Imerza is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
