Job Description

Uncle Henrys Deli in Downey, CA is looking for a busser/ sandwich maker to join our hard-working fun team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable.

Sandwich Maker Job Duties

-making sandwiches quickly with attention to detail,. Required to know on the spot 20+ specialty sandwich combinations.

-taking orders on the phone and in-person using Toast POS system

-prepping food

-cleaning, from detail work, daily maintenance to shift upkeep- bathrooms, mopping, detailing, dishes

-stocking items and preparing for the rush

Qualifications

Someone who:

• is a team player with a have a go-getter, can-do attitude
• has a great work ethic
• is able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• is genuine and friendly.
• has a desire to serve not only customers but also those on your team.
• is eager to learn/ curious.

Requirements

• Must be available min 3 days a week to work
• Must have: Servsafe Food Handlers Certificate:

• Beer knowledge

• Past experience serving small business customers

Our Shifts Are Roughly:

• 9:30 am-4:30 pm (Top of Availability Map *Sunrise*)
• 4:30pm-11pm (Bottom of Availability Map *Sun*)
