Private Path HR Solutions is a Private Membership Association (PMA) specializing in the sale of shelf corporations, helping entrepreneurs and businesses streamline their formation process. As we expand, we're looking for motivated, self-driven Sales Representatives to join our team and promote our premium shelf corporation services.
Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and results-oriented Sales Representatives to promote and sell shelf corporations to individuals and businesses. This position is commission-based, offering uncapped earning potential. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in educating potential clients on the benefits of purchasing shelf corporations, guiding them through the sales process, and building lasting relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue potential clients interested in purchasing shelf corporations, including business owners, entrepreneurs, and investors.
- Sales Presentation: Conduct phone, video, or in-person sales presentations to educate prospects on the benefits of shelf corporations and the services offered by PPHS.
- Client Consultations: Provide expert guidance to potential clients, answering questions, addressing concerns, and explaining how purchasing a shelf corporation can benefit their business.
- Close Sales: Effectively close sales by matching prospects with the right shelf corporation solutions, ensuring they understand the full value of the services provided.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Company's internal team to ensure smooth processing of orders and customer onboarding.
- Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, ethical standards, and applicable laws when promoting and selling shelf corporations.
Requirements:
- Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in a commission-based role. Experience in selling business services, corporate solutions, or legal products is a plus.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an easily understandable manner.
- Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Ability to work independently and stay focused on achieving sales goals without direct supervision.
- Professionalism & Integrity: High level of professionalism, with a strong sense of ethics and integrity in all business dealings.
- Background Check: Successful completion of a background check is required to proceed with this opportunity.
- Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software, email, video conferencing tools, and basic office software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in selling shelf corporations, LLCs, or similar business formation services.
- Familiarity with Private Membership Associations (PMA) or related membership-based business models.
- Strong network of potential clients or experience in business consulting.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Commission-Based Compensation: Sales Representatives earn a commission on every shelf corporation sale. Commissions are paid monthly, based on sales made in the previous month. This role offers uncapped earning potential.
