Key Responsibilities

• Promote and represent personal development and leadership training programs online

• Use social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and digital tools to attract new clients

• Conduct virtual interviews and onboarding sessions with qualified candidates

• Provide mentorship and business coaching support

• Follow proven marketing systems to drive results

• Participate in regular self-development and training sessions

• Operate independently while staying connected to a supportive global community

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sales, coaching, recruitment, or leadership roles

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

• Proficient with Zoom, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms

• Motivated, self-disciplined, and able to manage your schedule

• Passion for personal development, mindset work, and coaching

• Comfortable working in a performance-based role.
