The Center for Motivation & Change has been providing compassionate, collaborative, and expert evidence-based treatment for people struggling with substance problems for the last 20 years . Opened in February 2014, CMC:Berkshires is our private 15-bed residential treatment center located on 200 acres in the Berkshire Mountains of Western Massachusetts. We are driven by optimism about people’s capacity to change and by our commitment to the science of change. At CMC:B, we believe that helping starts with science and kindness. Our multidisciplinary team of clinicians, medical professionals, and direct care staff works together to provide a respectful, supportive, and healing environment for every client.
The Recovery Specialist Supervisor (AM) plays a key leadership role within our residential milieu team. This position combines direct client engagement with staff supervision and coordination of daily program operations during morning hours.
The ideal candidate is a confident, organized, and compassionate leader who thrives in a team environment, models professionalism, and supports both clients and colleagues with empathy and clear communication.
