Property Manager Palm Beach Estate An Exclusive Opportunity for Hospitality Professionals A private family is seeking a Property Manager with five-star resort or elite private club experience who is ready to transition into the world of private estate management. We are seeking a service-driven, hands-on professional to manage the facilities and physical plant of a significant Palm Beach property. This is a rare opportunity to join a well-established team in a shared Property Manager role, offering both exceptional coverage for the principals and a balanced, sustainable schedule for you. Responsibilities Report to the Regional Property Manager and Family Office team Coordiante with the Interior team Serve as the facilities co-lead at a primary Palm Beach estate and supporting residences Maintain the property to a pristine level, oversee mechanical systems, and perform light hands-on repairs. Source, vet, and manage vendors and contractors to meet the highest standards. Develop and manage annual property budgets, track expenses, and produce monthly variance reports. Coordinate seasonal operations with the family office, including guest arrivals, transportation, and residence readiness. Handle administrative tasks such as HR documentation, timesheet approvals, and operational reporting. Ideal Candidate Profile Experienced in managing high-touch environments with discretion and grace. Comfortable sharing responsibilities with a co-manager and adapting to seasonal schedules (NovMay peak season). Exceptionally organized, with a proven ability to juggle budgets, vendors, and complex logistics. Hands-on and proactiveready to step in and solve problems with a service-first mindset.
