Key Responsibilities For Project Coordinator:

• Lead Client Engagement & Sales: Initiate conversations with potential clients, educate them on our renovation services, and secure new projects through expert consultation and relationship building
• Close the Deal: Confidently present project proposals, negotiate contracts, and finalize agreements to convert leads into active projects
• Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans with clear timelines, budgets, and milestones
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project, addressing inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience
• Strategic Scheduling & Coordination: Oversee timelines, subcontractor assignments, and material deliveries to ensure projects stay on track
• Budget Oversight & Cost Estimation: Discuss pricing, provide accurate estimates, and ensure financial transparency with clients
• Quality & Efficiency Champion: Implement high-quality standards and resolve challenges swiftly to deliver exceptional renovation outcomes.

Qualifications For Project Coordinator:

• Sales-Driven Professional: 2+ years of experience in sales, client acquisition, or business development within the construction, remodeling, or home improvement industry
• Residential Construction Knowledge: A strong understanding of building materials, renovation processes, and industry best practices
• Exceptional Communicator & Negotiator: Ability to confidently sell our services, close deals, and build strong client relationships
• Tech-Savvy Organizer: Experience with project management tools, CRM software, and estimating platforms
• Multi-Tasking Pro: Skilled at handling multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines with precision

Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: $25.00 per hour
• Position Type: Contract to Hire (Non-Remote)
