MORI Associates is seeking an IT Contract Management Support Project Coordinator to play a crucial role in supporting the Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs) and Deputy CORs of the Agency’s Enterprise IT Contracts for the Enterprise in support of the NASA Enterprise Multimedia and Integrated Technical Services (eMITS) contract. eMITS is the Agency’s enterprise-level contract creating and delivering multimedia and technical communications through the use of the internet, digital platforms, and IT management for NASA’s Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) and Office of Communications (OCOMM). From photographing rocket launches and recoveries, to producing engaging videos, to information technology management, to using social media to share NASA’s message, eMITS integrates services for NASA IT and provides NASA’s communication to the outside world. JOB DESCRIPTION / FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
⦁ Collaborate with Contracting Officer Representatives to ensure adherence to contract requirements.
⦁ Meticulously track and maintain Data Requirement Deliverables (DRDs) submitted by the Agency IT Contractor.
⦁ Maintain accurate records of contract-related activities and run daily reports to identify workflow progression, status, and stoppages.
⦁ Escalate delays, customer concerns and system issues as required.
⦁ Handle routine correspondence and inquiries related to contracts.
⦁ Assist in the development and maintenance of reports and presentations in relation to contracting activity.
⦁ Occasionally travel to support the Performance Evaluation Committee activity at other centers which includes consolidating, organizing, and formatting evaluations, tracking responses and findings, assisting with report development, and assisting with IT Management Board briefing preparation and scheduling.
⦁ Review and reconcile travel receipts and costs provided by the Agency IT Contractor.
⦁ Support Agency IT Contract’s phase-in and phase-out activities which includes but is not limited to document formatting, contract administration system data entry, tracking of submission of technical work, identification of delays and work transition activities, storing and managing reports, distributing, and uploading statements of work, and regular daily collaboration with the COR/DCORs and other lead members.
⦁ Provide Microsoft Teams channel management functions, including but not limited to communication materials, questions and concerns, escalation, memberships, and access.
⦁ Handle routine correspondence and inquiries related to contracts as required.
⦁ Be flexible and ready to assist in additional tasks and responsibilities as the needs of the organization evolve.
Remote, hybrid, and onsite positions the employee bears travel costs to nearest NASA Center for badging and issue of NASA IT equipment.
EDUCATION AND PREVIOUS WORK REQUIREMENTS:
⦁ BS or BA degree in Business Administration or a related field.
⦁ 3-5 years of relevant experience required.
EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCIES/SKILLS:
Minimum Requirements:
⦁ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
⦁ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
⦁ Detail orientated with the ability to manage multiple high priority deadlines.
⦁ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
⦁ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
⦁ Proficiency in relevant software applications (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
⦁ Excellent customer service skills.
⦁ Experience performing analytical and administrative tasks within contract administration systems.
⦁ Experience managing Team’s channels
Due to involvement with sensitive US government data and information, US citizenship is required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, One Drive), SharePoint, and Box.
Preferred Qualifications:
⦁ Process improvement experience preferred.
⦁ Knowledge of federal procurement regulations and guidelines preferred.
Salary range is $63-72K. Our stated salary range represents a general guideline. However, MORI Associates considers a number of factors when determining salary offers such as current market conditions, the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, and skills.
