Title: Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) Location: Hampton Setting: Clinic Based Hours: Flexible Ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week Compensation: $60,000 to $90,000 Benefits/Compensation: * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Vision Insurance * 401-K matched @ 3% * Vacation (after 30 days) * Sick leave (after 90 days) Responsibilities: * Conduct comprehensive assessments of children’s speech and language skills. * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results. * Provide direct therapy services to children in a clinical setting. * Collaborate with parents, educators, and other professionals to support the child’s communication development. * Monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. * Educate families and caregivers on techniques to support language development at home. * Stay current with best practices and advancements in perspective field. * Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Requirements: * Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program required. * Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). * Minimum 2 years of Pediatric Therapy * Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Virginia. * Experience working with children, especially those with developmental disabilities, is preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Must be able to reliably commute to the clinic in Hampton All applications are reviewed daily.
