Requirements

At least 2 Years of Experience.

Software/platforms required: Zendesk

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Comfortable working independently or as part of a team

Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Basic computer knowledge and typing speed

A passion for helping people

Availability to cover teammates when on PTO or unplanned absences

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries via email, or chat

Manage multiple inquiries simultaneously

Provide solutions as per requester's inquiries by following the processes

Act as a liaison between the requester and the company by communicating feedback and concerns

Identify and escalate priority issues

Ensure customer satisfaction by offering top-notch customer service

Experience using Zendesk and Asana
