Job Description
Our client, a real estate company in The Woodlands, TX, is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Project Manager with a background in integrated marketing for a long-term hybrid contract. While a strong understanding of marketing is essential, this role will focus heavily on project management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will act as the operational lead on a range of marketing initiatives, ensuring projects stay on track, deadlines are met, and stakeholders remain aligned. This role will require consistent management of Monday.com boards, cross-functional team collaboration, regular meeting facilitation, and the ability to drive marketing campaigns from planning through execution. You will work closely with creative, content, digital, and other internal teams to coordinate project timelines, manage deliverables, and help ensure executional excellence across channels.
- This is a hybrid long-term contract and requires 3-4 days/week onsite in The Woodlands, TX.
Responsibilities:- Manage and update Monday.com boards to track project progress, tasks, dependencies, and deadlines
- Lead recurring project status meetings, ensuring stakeholders are informed and aligned
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, content, etc.) to coordinate integrated marketing campaign timelines and deliverables
- Serve as the main point of contact for project-related communications between cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Define scopes, develop project plans, and monitor execution against milestones
- Proactively identify and resolve project risks, blockers, and bottlenecks
- Ensure all marketing projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives
- Maintain documentation and reports related to project progress and performance
- Support post-project reviews to drive process improvements and operational efficiency
Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally within a marketing or agency environment
- Solid understanding of integrated marketing across channels including digital, social, content, and events
- Proficient in project management tools, especially Monday.com
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and team coordination
- Demonstrated ability to lead meetings, facilitate collaboration, and drive decision-making
- Familiarity with creative and content production processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
- PMP or other project management certification is a plus but not required
