We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives for a global SaaS provider in the financial operations space. In this role, you'll develop and implement marketing strategies, leverage the latest marketing automation tools, and drive lead generation, content marketing, and digital communications.

As the Marketing Manager, you'll stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring our marketing efforts align with evolving best practices in the B2B SaaS landscape. You'll also work closely with Sales, Client Success, and Product teams to create impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and analytics.
Lead and mentor the Marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Recruit, train, and develop top marketing talent to strengthen the team.
Partner with Sales, Client Success, and Product teams to create targeted marketing campaigns.
Continuously evaluate and adjust marketing strategies based on data-driven insights and market trends.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
4-6 years of experience driving global marketing initiatives with measurable results.
4-6 years of experience managing a marketing team.
3+ years of experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms.
Strong understanding of inbound marketing, content development, and the buyer's journey.
Ability to translate complex business processes into clear and engaging marketing strategies.
Experience crafting digital campaigns that attract, engage, and convert target audiences.
