**Description:** You will be the Manufacturing Supervisor for the Optical Components Center \(OCC\)\. Our team is responsible for ultra‑precision machining, additive manufacturing, and the development and production of complex optical components and sophisticated electronic systems\. **What You Will Be Doing** As the Manufacturing Supervisor you will be at the helm of coordinating multiple processes, ensuring smooth production flow, and meeting key performance goals\. CITIZEN \- This position is located at a facility that requires special access\. **Basic Qualifications:** Prior leadership/management experience in a manufacturing environment Prior work experience in a manufacturing environment of at least 1 year Prior team leadership experience Familiarity with lean manufacturing techniques Microsoft Office suite knowledge, skills, and experience Must be a U\.S\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\.
