Dynamo room is a brand new steak house located at the recently developed Penn Station district in Manhattan.
The raw bar and grill is the newest project from Sunday Hospitality (Rule of Thirds, Sunday In Brooklyn, Cafe Chelsea, Lobby Bar, El Quijote, Bedford Post Inn), opening in April 2025.
We are currently hiring for all positions in FOH and BOH, with positions starting in April, 2025.

About This Role

Are you always wearing a smile, no matter how heavy you’re under fire? If you answered yes to those questions then YOU ARE THE ONE WE SEEK!! The Maitre D’ is responsible for providing warm hospitality to guests, managing reservations and walk-in diners, helping to facilitate the flow of service throughout the night, and has a general command of the food and beverage menu. The Maitre D’ will work to provide impeccable hospitality to each of our clients, working specifically with each individual need to curate the best experience possible.
