**Job Title: Laser Cutting Machine Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Laser Cutting Machine Operator who can efficiently set up and operate laser cutting machines according to specifications. The ideal candidate will be adept at reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders, ensuring precision in every cut. **Responsibilities** + Set up and operate laser cutting machines according to specifications. + Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders. + Monitor machine operation to ensure accurate cuts and troubleshoot any issues. + Adjust machine settings for different materials, thicknesses, and tolerances. + Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy using measuring tools. + Perform routine maintenance on laser machines and report any malfunctions. + Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following company safety policies. **Essential Skills** + Experience operating laser cutting machines in a manufacturing or fabrication environment. + Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting. + Ability to work with various metals, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Proficiency in sheet metal, CNC, and machine operation. + Skill in reading blueprints and technical drawings. + Experience with press brake and fabrication. **Why Work Here?** The position offers the potential to become a permanent employee within 4-6 months, providing stability and growth opportunities within a dynamic work environment. **Work Environment** The work environment is focused on safety and cleanliness, utilizing advanced laser cutting technologies.
