What You'll Do:
Originate Loans: Proactively market and sell credit and related services, seeking new loan applications.
Build Relationships: Create and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and community members.
Provide Financial Guidance: Gather income and verify financials, determine appropriate loan programs, and address client concerns.
Navigate the Loan Process: Work with credit and processing teams to secure credit decisions and timely closings.
Market and Network: Develop and implement networking and prospecting strategies, and represent the organization at community events.
Educate and Inform: Provide group presentations and workshops on home loan topics.
Maintain Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on consumer lending practices and local market knowledge.
What We're Looking For:
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, agriculture, or related field, or equivalent experience.
NMLS Registration: Required.
Mortgage Knowledge: Understanding of mortgage processing, underwriting, and closing procedures.
Communication Skills: Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
Relationship Skills: Ability to develop and maintain interpersonal relationships.
Problem-Solving Skills: Effective problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Sales Skills: Effective sales skills.
Work Location:
This position offers a hybrid work option up to 50% remote and is based out of the Sun Prairie, Johnson Creek, or Fond du Lac, WI office locations.
Compensation:
Base Pay: $46,400—$51,500 USD
Variable compensation and uncapped commission.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 185,470.00 Per Year
