Atlantic Health System is seeking a LEAD Patient Access Representative (full-time) at Morristown Medical Center , to provide evening shift coverage and every other weekends as required by department.

Essential Functions :

• Greet and register patients. Detail oriented and demonstrates excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
• Will register patients in an accurate and timely manner entering demographic and insurance information. Collection of copay, deductible, coinsurance, etc.
• Ability to create and sustain a cohesive team.

Qualifications

Qualifications/Requirements :

• Top tier communication, customer service and teamwork skills preferred
• Must be comfortable working in a fast paced, high-volume environment that includes multiple physical locations within the unit
• Able to perform patient relocation duties and operate equipment of over 25lbs on a regular basis
• Strong computer skills and customer service skills
• Must be able to work varied hours and flexible shifts
• Bilingual is a plus

Minimum Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Education :

• Business degree preferred

Relevant Experience:

2+ years supervisory experience preferred
