Position: Junior Accountant
Location: Blue Bell, PA
Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site)

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team in Blue Bell, PA. While the ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting or finance, we are also open to individuals with broader experience in general office administration or business operations who are eager to grow into an accounting-focused role. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting financial and operational functions in a cross-cultural, international work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the CFO with financial documentation, data organization, and internal reporting

• Support coordination with our Korean headquarters for global financial consolidation and reporting

• Perform basic accounting tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger updates

• Help manage bank accounts, monitor cash flow, and support treasury functions

• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Use QuickBooks or similar software to maintain accurate financial records

• Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate transactions

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial data

• Provide administrative and operational support across business functions as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in accounting, office administration, or a similar role

• Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and general comfort with financial data

• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and cross-cultural team environment

• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and follow-through
