Are you an experienced international trade attorney looking to grow your practice in a dynamic, entrepreneurial law firm? We are seeking a highly motivated and collegial partner with at least a small book of business to join our team.
Requirements:
* Active Pennsylvania Bar License (Required to practice in Pittsburgh, PA)
* Law firm experience handling international trade matters
* Small book of business
Key Experience & Skills:
* Advising U.S. and foreign clients on regulatory requirements for investment in the U.S. and navigating the CFIUS review process
* Providing guidance on U.S. Customs regulations , import compliance, and trade preference programs ( USMCA, CAFTA, etc. )
* Advising on trade remedies (AD/CVD, Sec. 301) and export controls ( EAR, ITAR, OFAC sanctions )
* Communicating with regulators regarding investigations, protests, voluntary disclosures, and settlements
* Trade litigation experience is a plus
