Information Desk Receptionist Location Fort Atkinson, WI :

Fort HealthCare has an immediate opening for a Receptionist . This position is the first contact visitors have with Fort Healthcare. Excellent customer service is needed to handle a variety of situations promptly and efficiently.

Shift: Every other Saturday 8:00 am - 8:00 pm Every other Sunday 8:00 am - 2:00 pm Includes some holidays.

Responsibilities include:

• Greets all visitors to Fort Healthcare with a smile.
• Provides additional hospitality as needed including helping to call for rides, providing directions and assisting Partners.
• Assists visitors with their needs, including class registration, walking program, and patient room access/directions.
• Maintain and updates Clergy directory as necessary.
• Maintain Lost and Found. Contact owners to recover found items.
• Maintain Patient Belonging Safebox
• Provides backup coverage support to Switchboard.

Requirements:

• Highschool Diploma or GED
• One year of customer service required.
• Possess excellent customer service skills and ability to use Windows programs.

Promotes seamless care to the patient by communicating effectively the RESPECT values with staff, patients and providers.
