• Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties to assess their condition and identify any issues or potential risks.
• Prepare detailed reports documenting inspection findings, including photographs and recommendations for repairs or maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain inspection results and address any questions or concerns they may have about the property.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to home inspections to ensure high-quality and accurate assessments.
• Collaborate with real estate agents, homeowners, and other professionals involved in the buying or selling process to provide valuable insights and support throughout the inspection process.
• Complete ancillary inspection services - termite, radon, mold and sewer scope inspections.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in home inspection or related field preferred
• Knowledge of home maintenance practices
• Familiarity with the real estate industry
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in inspections
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
