Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Home Furnishing Associates to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers in finding the perfect furniture and decor for their homes. If you have a passion for design and enjoy working with people, we want to hear from you!

Earnings & Growth Potential :

• Top performer earned over $150,000 at Regency Management Services
• Top 20% earned over $90,000
• Retail Sales Associate with no experience earn over $45,000, in just their first year.

• Greet and assist customers with their furniture needs, offering personalized product recommendations
• Passion for connecting with customers while discovering their preferences and offer tailored solutions
• Stay up to date on product features, design trends, and store promotions across our four brands
• Help maintain a visually appealing store by ensuring that displays are organized and on-brand
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals and contribute to overall store performance
• No experience required; our training program was built by successful sales associates to prepare you to maximize your earning potential
• A passion for customer service and a talent for building relationships
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment
