Job Title:Hardware Logistics Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator with experience in handling hardware assets and device inventory. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end logistics processes, ensure timely movement of hardware, and maintain accurate inventory records. This role requires strong organizational skills, hands-on experience with hardware logistics, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate hardware logistics, including procurement, shipping, receiving, and distribution.
Track and manage device inventory, ensuring accuracy and timely updates in asset management systems.
Oversee the movement of hardware between sites, vendors, and end-users.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize hardware supply chain operations.
Maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards for hardware handling.
Generate reports on inventory levels, shipment status, and hardware utilization.
Support hardware lifecycle management, including deployment, returns, and decommissioning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in logistics coordination with a focus on hardware or technical assets.
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and asset tracking tools.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with ERP or logistics software preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in technology, IT, or hardware supply chain operations.
Familiarity with import/export compliance and vendor management.
