Want to work in a small firm that is ready to invest in you! This firm is growing rapidly and is seeking a well-rounded Plaintiff's Litigation Attorney with 2-4 years experience. The practice is an extremely wide variety including personal injury, employment, family law, and even constitutional law! As the practice is growing rapidly, there is ample room for growth in this position.

2-4 year Litigation Attorney

MUST HAVE Active KY License to practice in Kentucky
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Proficient with legal research tools, including Westlaw and LexisNexis
Strong academic and employment credentials.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively - both orally and in writing.
Advanced research and writing skills.
Self-directed case management from inception to resolution (under partner).
Prepare for, conduct, and attend hearings, depositions, and draft pleadings.
Review documents with superior attention to detail.
Conduct legal research regarding complex procedural and substantive issues.
Interface with clients and opposing counsel in a professional manner.
Build relationships with existing clients, including involvement in networking and business development activities
