The Role

We're looking for a General Manager who can lead with the same passion and precision that goes into every pie we make. This isn't just about running shifts—it's about building a team, maintaining our Michelin-recognized standards, and creating an experience that's as memorable as our pizza.

You'll be the driving force behind daily operations, team development, and ensuring every guest leaves with a story to tell.

What You'll Do

• Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team that embodies our culture and commitment to excellence
• Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations with hands-on leadership
• Maintain our Michelin-recognized standards while keeping the energy authentic and accessible
• Drive service excellence, ensuring every guest experience reflects our reputation
• Manage P&L, labor costs, inventory, and operational efficiency
• Build and maintain relationships with guests, becoming the face of See No Evil
• Implement systems and processes that support consistency and growth
• Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative team culture
• Partner with ownership on strategic initiatives and business development

What You Bring

• 4+ years of management experience in high-volume, quality-driven restaurants (fine dining, upscale casual, or recognized establishments preferred)
• Proven track record of leading and developing strong service teams
• Deep understanding of hospitality excellence and what it takes to deliver it consistently
• Strong operational acumen—you know your numbers and how to manage them
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, NYC environment while maintaining composure and standards
• Passion for food, beverage, and creating memorable experiences
• Hands-on leadership style—you lead from the floor, never from an office
• Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
• Problem-solver with a proactive mindset
• A personality that fits our vibe: authentic, energetic, and unpretentious
