What You'll Do at S ol 

  • Analyze financial data to support decision-making across various business units and projects. 
  • Build and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and cash flows. 
  • Conduct budget planning and variance analysis to monitor project and operational performance. 
  • Provide financial insights and reporting to executive leadership and project teams. 
  • Support pricing strategies, investment analyses, and cost-benefit studies. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, operations, and project teams to ensure financial integrity and transparency. 
  • Prepare detailed financial reports, dashboards, and presentations tailored for different audiences. 
  • Assist with audits, compliance reporting, and the development of internal controls. 
  • Foster strong relationships with clients by delivering accurate and insightful financial guidance. 

What We’re Looking For 

  • 5+ years in financial analysis, consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or relevant industry work. 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. 
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and advanced Excel functions. 
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) and financial reporting tools. 
  • Experience working within large, complex organizations and multi-national operations. 
  • Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite / Teams / 365, with ability to translate complex financial data into clear, concise reports and presentations. 
  • Ability to communicate financial insights effectively to both financial and non-financial stakeholders, including executive leadership. 
  • Ability to quickly adopt potential client workplace communications and productivity platforms (e.g. Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.)
