Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and offer solar solutions
Close sales deals and negotiate terms that work for both the company and the customer
Manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities, utilizing our new sales platform
Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales strategies and achieve targets
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the solar market and product offerings
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business
Qualifications:
Proven success in solar sales or related field, with a strong focus on closing deals
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for solar energy
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel within designated sales territories in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware
Spanish fluency is a plus but not required
