Responsibilities: * Assist in planning and coordinating events from start to finish. * Communicate with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure smooth execution. * Support on-site event management, including setup and teardown. * Track event budgets, schedules, and logistics. * Conduct post-event evaluations and provide insights for improvement. * Collaborate with marketing and design teams to enhance event promotions. Qualifications: * Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field is a plus. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools is a plus. * Availability to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
