We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of a variety of events. In this role, you will assist in the coordination of events from concept to completion, ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and passionate about event planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of events

  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and scheduling

  • Work closely with clients to understand their event needs and preferences

  • Prepare event materials, including signage, presentations, and promotional items

  • Assist with budgeting and tracking event expenses

  • Ensure all event details are executed according to plan, addressing any issues that may arise

  • Help with event marketing and promotional efforts

  • Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations

  • Collect feedback from clients and attendees to improve future events

  • Proven experience in event planning or related field

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively

  • Creative problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software

  • A passion for event planning and delivering exceptional experiences

  • A degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred
