We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Events Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. You will work closely with our events team to support various event-related tasks, ensuring the success of client events and internal projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and scheduling
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure all event requirements are met
• Help design and organize event materials, signage, and promotional items
• Prepare and maintain event budgets and timelines
• Monitor and assist with event set-up and breakdown
• Provide on-site support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly
• Handle event-related correspondence and communications
• Provide administrative support to the events team as needed
