We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of corporate events, conferences, and special projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for delivering high-quality event experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating and executing corporate events, meetings, and conferences
• Manage event logistics, including scheduling, venue coordination, and vendor communication
• Oversee event materials, registration processes, and guest lists
• Ensure smooth on-site event operations by providing support to attendees and staff
• Monitor budgets and assist in expense tracking for events
• Conduct post-event evaluations to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure event success
• Maintain accurate event records and documentation

• Experience in event planning, coordination, or a related field
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred
