We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide support in the planning and execution of events, assisting with logistics, coordination, and client communication. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event planning and be eager to contribute to the success of each project.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including logistics, vendor management, and client communication
• Support the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring all details are executed smoothly
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure event requirements are met
• Help prepare event materials, signage, and promotional materials
• Monitor event timelines to ensure deadlines are met
• Provide on-site support during events, ensuring the event runs according to plan
• Maintain accurate records and assist with post-event follow-up
• Assist in budgeting and managing event expenses

• Proven experience in event planning or coordination (preferred)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
