Strong SQL is a must-have
Writing, running queries, joins, cross joins, etc.
Clarity/Caboodle
Certifications:
Clinical would be ideal, this is where you have the biggest backlog
You also see quite a bit of work in the Revenue Cycle space, so you'd be willing to look at someone with this certification if they didn't have Clinical
Day to day:
Work through backlog, route tickets
A lot of SQL work
