As a Sales & Marketing Associate, you'll play a hands-on role in building brand awareness, promoting products/services, and driving customer engagement at live events and public spaces.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Representing client brands at in-person events, pop-ups, or retail locations
Engaging with potential customers to explain product or service offerings
Generating new customer sign-ups, sales, or donations through interactive outreach
Assisting with event setup, breakdown, and brand presentation
Gathering customer feedback and tracking campaign performance
Collaborating with teammates to hit daily and weekly sales goals
Strong communication and people skills
Friendly, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude
Willingness to learn and take direction from mentors
Comfortable engaging with the public in a fast-paced setting

Must be 18+ years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
