Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry Level Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our brand’s visibility and helping us communicate effectively with our stakeholders. You will work closely with senior team members to develop communication strategies, engage in public relations activities, and support the overall goals of the marketing and communications departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and distributing press releases, newsletters, and other communications materials.
• Support social media management, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.
• Conduct research to identify communication trends and best practices.
• Help organize and coordinate events, workshops, and meetings to enhance communication outreach.
• Maintain and update internal and external communications platforms, including websites and intranet sites.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute innovative ideas.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design skills are a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
