Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and diligent Driver Helper to support our delivery drivers. In this role, you will assist in the safe and timely delivery of products to our customers, working closely with our delivery team to ensure efficiency and high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in loading and unloading products onto and off delivery trucks.
• Navigate and guide delivery drivers to customer locations.
• Inspect products for damage before and after delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and assembly.
• Keep the delivery truck clean and organized.
• Accurately complete delivery and assembly paperwork promptly.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the delivery driver or supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift heavy products (up to 100 lbs) with assistance.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Keen attention to detail and quality.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Previous experience in delivery or a related field is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are preferred but not required.
