Key Responsibilities

As the Director of Evolved Leadership Development at Evolved Success LLC , you’ll take full ownership of your professional results — leading with independence, strategy, and purpose.

• Operate autonomously — taking full responsibility for the outcomes of your business unit. Drive results, manage performance, and cultivate a high-performing team built on integrity, accountability, and growth.
• Immerse yourself in our success education programs to live, breathe, and demonstrate the power of mindset and leadership transformation. Be a visible example of personal growth in action.
• Oversee business operations including strategic planning, sales forecasts, and performance reporting — ensuring your business unit achieves sustainable growth.
• Implement proven marketing and outreach strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and participation in our success-education programs.
• Lead alongside others — fostering a collaborative, growth-focused culture where leadership is both modelled and multiplied.
• Set clear goals for your personal and professional progression, and support others in doing the same — creating a culture of continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate

As the Director of Evolved Leadership Development , you’ll bring both strategic expertise and a growth-driven mindset — combining analytical skill with creative vision to lead with impact and purpose.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have 10+ years of professional or leadership experience , ideally at Director level or above, within retail, marketing, customer insights, consulting, or corporate leadership environments.
• Hold a degree or equivalent professional qualification in business, marketing, leadership, or a related field — advanced study or executive education is a plus.
• Are strategic and commercially minded , comfortable with forecasting, planning, and driving measurable business outcomes.
• Balance left-brain precision with right-brain creativity — combining logic, vision, and intuition to make sound decisions and inspire growth.
• Are passionate about leadership development and success education , with a genuine desire to help others evolve, grow, and achieve results that last.
• Lead from the front — demonstrating integrity, accountability, and emotional intelligence in everything you do.
• Possess strong communication and relationship-building skills , able to connect with executives and professionals globally.

After six corporate restructures in twelve years, Robyn reached a pivotal moment — realizing that traditional career success had given her everything but freedom.
