Jumpstart your data career in a high-impact role!
We're looking for a curious and tech-minded individual with a solid foundation in electrical theory and a passion for working with data. Whether you're just beginning your career or bringing a year or two of hands-on experience, this role offers an opportunity to grow your skills while supporting the performance and reliability of essential systems.
As a Data Analyst on our team, you'll dive into real-world datasets tied to electrical infrastructure and telemetry systems. You'll help uncover trends, spot anomalies, and contribute to smarter decision-making that protects performance and revenue. This is a great opportunity to build experience in a technical environment with strong mentorship and hands-on learning.
What You’ll Do:
Partner with internal teams to understand performance needs and define data requirements
Analyze system and operational data to identify patterns, issues, and opportunities
Build SQL-based queries and reports to deliver clear, actionable insights
Create visual reports and dashboards using SSRS and PowerPoint
Support root cause investigations and communicate findings to key stakeholders
Help improve how we collect, use, and report data across teams
Contribute to tracking and resolving system issues that impact performance
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field — or equivalent work experience
Familiarity with SQL Server, T-SQL, and SSRS (hands-on project or internship experience counts!)
Understanding of electrical systems, hardware telemetry, or technical infrastructure is a plus
Analytical mindset with a detail-oriented approach to working with large datasets
Clear communication skills — written and verbal — especially when sharing insights with leadership
