Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Creative Services Coordinator to manage and optimize centralized physical and digital design asset systems. This role supports multiple teams across Art, Design, Materials, and Product Development, focusing on improving organizational efficiency, maintaining accurate documentation of design materials, and streamlining artwork and color production processes. The position reports directly to the Print Manager and will temporarily support the team during a maternity leave, with potential for long-term extension or conversion.

• Rate: $28-31/hr
• ONSITE Full Time in Santa Monica, CA
• CAD and Adobe Creative Suite experience highly preferred

Responsibilities:

• Manage asset tracking and documentation for all design materials throughout the production cycle

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (including international partners) to review and approve design assets

• Maintain up-to-date and organized physical and digital libraries of design files and materials

• Support project planning by tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple teams

• Ensure consistent and accurate data entry across platforms, including PLM systems and shared documentation tools

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in graphic arts or design

• At least 2 years of experience in roles such as CAD technician, print technician, technical stylist, or print production

• 3+ years of experience in the fashion or apparel industry, with at least 2 years in an administrative or coordination role

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Design, CAD, Product Management, or a related field

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office

• Experience using PLM systems such as Centric

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with color and artwork production processes

• Understanding of print design techniques and fabric applications

• Experience with CAD software like NEDgraphics

• Proficiency in data migration, system integration, and cross-functional coordination

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Previous experience managing international vendor communications

• Completion of a Munsell or similar color accuracy test is a plus
