What you will be doing

Join our fast-paced teamwork atmosphere to support 2200 retail grocery locations in keeping repair work orders flowing properly to ensure equipment is up and running. Build valuable relationships and communicate with Service Providers, Division Maintenance Staff, Store Directors.

This is a hybrid position currently in office Tuesdays and Wednesdays based in our Phoenix AZ office. (Office Days subject to change based on Corporate Determination)

Main responsibilities

• Review repair work orders for contract compliance, pricing rates.

• Approves invoices for payment.

• Answers phone calls & emails concerning Equipment, Repairs, Work Orders, and Invoices.

• Update information in our CMMS system to ensure accuracy.

• Collects data/information for department use in special projects or reports.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
